Mary was born near Seattle, Washington. She has lived in California, New Jersey, Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Georgia, Virginia, and Colorado. (Some of that travel was courtesy of the US Navy after she married Gerald.)
Mary's two children (Jim and Carol) are on their own now, leaving Mary plenty of time to spend with her birds. Mary's flock of parrots includes Nandays (Spike and Charlie), Mitred Conures (Ross and George), Cockatiels (Patty and Prettybird), and a White Fronted Amazons (Max and Molly).
Mary is an excellent computer programmer (when she gets time). The first computer she owned was a Digital Group Z80 PC with 64K of RAM (that was in 1978). She has taught computer science classes in Data Base Design, FORTRAN, COBOL, Assembly Language, etc. She is the principal developer of DSM's online database system (using Dataflex Relational Database by Data Access Corp.)
Mary has a lot of responsibilities at DSM. She is the Comptroller, Human Resources Manager, MIS Director, Production Debugger, and President. She also takes care of account services for some of our largest accounts.
