The Laser Department is responsible for perforating holes and profiling the parts to finished size. The programs for controlling these machines are produced by the Engineering Department.

Personal equipment used includes safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and helmet when driving the forklift.

Inspection equipment used includes verniers, micrometers, squares, height gages, pin gages, and tape measures.
