The Inspection Department is responsible for assuring that the products conform with the specifications provided by our customers. The Inspection Department is actually integrated in with every other department in the shop for in-process inspection. We also have a designated inspection area where a quick audit of the work is performed between departments to make sure everything is to-print.

Personal equipment used includes safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and helmet when driving the forklift.

Inspection equipment used includes verniers, micrometers, squares, height gages, pin gages, thread gages, torque gages, paint chips, grain chips, SQC Software, and process standards.
