All plating is subcontracted by the DSM Plating Department to experts in the plating industry.

The Plating Department is responsible for applying the protective or decorative coating specified by our customers.

Process standards used include various military specs. (see Finishes (Plating))

The processes include anodize, chromate, zinc, black oxide, nickel, and chrome.
